Amber Williams, Rich Homie Quan's girlfriend, has revealed shocking revelations about the rapper's untimely death.
A 911 call obtained by TMZ revealed frightening information about the events that led to the death of the Type of Way rapper on Thursday, September 5, at the age of 34.
In the emergency call, Williams claimed discovering Quan comatose on Thursday morning after falling asleep on the couch the night before.
"I placed him on the couch before taking my son to school this morning, covered him with a blanket, and now I'm checking on him again because he didn't wake up.
"I don't see him breathing," she informed the dispatcher, detailing the scenario.
"When I turned him over, he kind of foamed at the mouth," Williams said sobbing to the operator as she followed their instructions to put him flat on the floor.
However, paramedics came shortly after and pronounced Quan, born Dequantes Devontay Lamar, dead on the scene.
The news outlet also said that Quan's family is "shattered and heartbroken by his sudden death" and is currently seeking answers about the cause of death, which has yet to be confirmed.
