Marvel teased our new Iron Man, and he's extremely different from RDJ.

A new dawn for Iron Man is dawning, and it comes with a hint that our new superhero will be very different from Robert Downey Jr's portrayal.

The MCU that we know is changing.

Fans assumed that Avengers 6 would mark the end of the comic book cinematic universe we've grown accustomed to

but Marvel has officially confirmed that it will all come to an end.

Knowing this, perhaps we shouldn't be surprised by the latest teaser for the next Iron Man.

Although this teaser is for the comic book version rather than the MCU version, it will still provide a striking contrast for RDJ fans.

In an exclusive interview with Comic Book, Spencer Ackerman discussed how Tony Stark stuck in “pure survival mode”.

RDJ had some tense morally ambiguous moments, though none that feel this aggressively fuelled by self-preservation.

For Ackerman, the new armour Iron Man obtains is one of the deciding factors for such a contrast in Toyn Stark’s usual self-assured cockiness.
