Korean BBQ Pork Bowl

We adore Korean BBQ flavor, and I'm sure you do as well! Making a Korean BBQ bowl is especially useful when you have leftover meat from a large BBQ picnic.

Even with a tiny amount of meat, you may make a filling lunch by mixing it with rice and your preferred vegetables.

Smoky and flavorful Korean BBQ has a special appeal. Even though I grew up eating it frequently, I never grow tired of it!

You may make a Korean BBQ bowl by marinating and grilling meats like beef, pork, or chicken.

However, my favorite variation utilizes pork since it tastes similar to my favorite BBQ, yangnyeom galbi (양념 갈비) - Korean marinated ribs.

To make this pork bowl, I used hog collar (Boston butt) steak from a nearby Korean grocery store.

(Rib chops for yangnyeom galbi are much more difficult to obtain overseas!) I marinade it in a special Korean BBQ sauce before cooking it and serving it with rice.

The dish can be served with a variety of vegetables (cooked or uncooked) and garnishes, making it a simple and balanced dinner.

A Korean BBQ dish is adaptable and adjustable. Here are some ways to improve your experience using it.
