Instant Pot Korean Pork Rib

The membrane of pork ribs is typically a stiff, rubbery layer that is difficult to chew. Fortunately, this can be eliminated.

To do this, use a butter knife to lift the membrane's edge and a paper towel to grip and pull against the corner.
