Cashews: To make the tastiest cashew butter, I roast raw, unsalted cashews.
Whole cashews are available for purchase, however occasionally broken cashew bits are available for a reduced price.
Oil: To make my cashews combine into an incredibly smooth and creamy cashew butter, I use a very small amount of oil. Coconut or avocado oil works well.
Spices: I add a small amount of vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
