Cherry Smoothie

This cherry smoothie contains dark delicious cherries, banana, juice, and yogurt, making it the ideal summer treat.

All you have to do is gather your ingredients and combine them in the blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth, and you'll have a sweet cherry smoothie.

Make sure you're using frozen dark sweet cherries, not tart ones. If you like a little tartness in your smoothie, by all means,

add some tart cherries, but I prefer mine sweet. I use vanilla Greek yogurt, but cherry Greek yogurt works just as well.

If you can get any cherry juice or cran-cherry juice, I recommend using it. If you can't get that particular juice, apple juice or white grape juice will suffice.

There are plenty of extras you can add to these smoothies to increase their nutritious content.
