Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your pizza dough on a baking sheet.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Top with 1 cup of cooked, shredded chicken for a protein-packed base.

Sprinkle ½ cup of black beans evenly over the chicken for added fiber and flavor. 

Add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese for a melty, delicious layer. 

Bake the pizza in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. 

While the pizza bakes, mash 2 ripe avocados in a bowl with lime juice, salt, and pepper.

Remove the pizza from the oven and dollop the smashed avocado across the top.
