Use frozen blueberries for the greatest blueberry smoothie!
Banana: Since bananas give smoothies a creamy texture, I usually include them in my mixtures
use them in this strawberry banana smoothie as well as our standard banana smoothie. They give it a tropical taste and added vitamin C.
Dairy or non-dairy milk: A small amount of liquid is required to let everything combine.
Optional: add flaxseed meal, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and nut butter (try almond or peanut butter).

Add frozen fruits or a handful of ice to make a refreshingly cool smoothie.
